Cruz Sneakers Inc cannot guarantee specific shipping dates. Delivery times depend on the type of products ordered and the shipping destination.

Orders may take 8 to 20 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive.

Cruz Sneakers Inc is not responsible for packages lost during delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

If your order is listed as "DELIVERED," you must contact the shipping company directly to open an investigation and locate your package. Please ensure that all information provided in your order (address, phone number, and email) is accurate and complete.

Once your order is placed, we require 12 to 15 business days to process and ship it. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs inspections or other external factors.
